  • We begin with a confidential conversation to understand your family’s needs, lifestyle, values, and expectations. This includes discussing your children’s ages, routines, schedules, and the type of childcare support you are looking for.

  • Based on your requirements, a tailored search is carried out to identify suitable candidates. Each nanny, governess, tutor, or babysitter is carefully selected based on experience, suitability, and compatibility with your family.

  • You are introduced to carefully shortlisted candidates and supported through the interview process. Helene is available to offer guidance, answer questions, and ensure expectations are aligned on both sides.

  • Where appropriate, a trial day is arranged to ensure the placement feels right for your family and for the candidate. This allows everyone to move forward with confidence.

  • Once a placement is agreed, Helene remains available to support both family and childcare professional, ensuring a smooth transition and continued satisfaction.
